Hi, I’m Margie Cooper — founder of The Staging Room and your go-to for luxury home staging and interior styling right here in sunny Sarasota, Florida.

I’m a certified luxury home staging expert and a proud member of the Real Estate Staging Association®. With a bit of experience in real estate (yep, I got my Florida license in 2020!), decades of involvement in home building, and a deep love for design, I bring both style and strategy to every home I stage.

I specialize in creating spaces that feel fresh, elevated, and totally irresistible — whether the vibe is coastal chic or timeless transitional/contemporary. From the perfect statement piece to those luxe little details in furnishings, art, and textiles, I’m all about making a home shine and helping it sell fast (and for more ).

Hi, I’m Alexandra! I’ve been staging luxury homes in Sarasota since 2016. My design journey has taken me around the world. For the past decade, I’ve worked behind the scenes in the film industry as a set decorator and prop stylist for commercials, TV, and film.

I’m a proud graduate of the prestigious Ringling College of Art and Design, where I honed my creative eye and developed a deep love for storytelling through space and style.
